Mr. Stafford joins SJHS as the principal in the fall of 2024. He joins Stillwater from East Central Middle School in Tulsa. Prior to that, he worked for San Carlos USD in Arizona as the director of human resources and communications, as well as high school principal. His career also includes roles as principal in Hennessey, special education director for Ponca City, and 13 years in Enid Public Schools, where he was an assistant superintendent and a secondary school administrator at Emerson Middle School and Enid High School.A graduate of Hennessey High School, Stafford holds a degree in Special Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master's in Education from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.

Mr. Elghadi is in his second year as Assistant Principal at SJHS. A graduate of Sapulpa High School, he received his Social Studies Education bachelors from Northeastern State University in 2014. He served as a 6th through 8th Grade Social Studies Teacher at Childers Middle School from 2014-2021. Mrs. Hayes has been an educator since 2009. She has experience as both a classroom teacher and a school counselor. Most of her years in education have been spent in Stillwater Public Schools, where she has served at both the middle school and high school. Mrs. Hayes earned her bachelor of science degree at Oklahoma State University and her Master's of Education from University of Central Oklahoma.
