Leadership Lab is just one of the ways SPS works to empower employees to grow professionally and allow leaders to emerge from our talented staff and faculty. Through the program, district and site leadership will meet, discuss, and engage with any employee interested in advancing to a new position or strengthening their abilities in their current role.

And it's not just for those who want to be leaders! Current district and site leaders will learn from each other and those interested in becoming leaders, while gaining a greater understanding of district operations and how we can all work together to make SPS the best it can be.

There's no need to sign up to participate in a Leadership Lab. Just show up, engage, and learn!

2023-2024 Leadership Lab Dates

This year, Leadership Lab will focus on defining and understanding jobs and how employees can best prepare themselves for success. All Labs will be at 4:15pm in the SPS Administration Building Board Room.
