Please consider taking part in four days of musical fun this Summer- our 2024 edition of Stillwater Summer Strings is June 17th - 20th!

We will meet at the Stillwater Junior High for our camp. Our day for this camp will start at 9:00am and end at 4:00pm (lunch and snacks will be provided). You can look forward to guest clinicians, large ensemble playing, and even a bit of music theory, history, and composition! The ensembles/classes will likely be divided during some of the day based on playing ability as well. Those of you ready for more challenging music and extended techniques will have time to explore those areas.

We will have a brief concert at 4:00 on Thursday, June 20th to show off our musical progress.  Our staff will include both Mr. Page and Mr. Jackson along with our regular upper strings instructor Ms. Emily Taylor, OSU Senior Music Ed. Major.  More staff may be added based on enrollment. 

Please fill out this form if your student plans on attending the camp.  The fee is not required to register via this form.  Further communication and a camper information form will follow in May once registrations have been collected.  In the meantime, as always, you may write to Mr. Page and Mr. Jackson with questions - wpage@stillwaterschools.com and sjackson@stillwaterschools.com 

The fee to attend the session is $150.00.  That fee includes lunch, snacks, a t-shirt, and of course the camp staff's salaries. Please make out checks to "Stillwater Summer Strings" The fee is requested by May 15th, and it is not needed prior to filling out this form (we just want to know if you are planning on attending)!
