988 Mental Health Lifeline: The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (formerly known as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline) offers 24/7 call, text and chat access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing suicidal, substance use, and/or mental health crisis, or any other kind of emotional distress. People can also dial 988 if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.
Family Field Guide: Every child is different and there are no easy answers when it comes to parenting. That is why the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services has partnered with the Oklahoma State Department of Health to bring comprehensive resources to parents and guardians with the Family Field Guide. Talk, They Hear You: The “Talk. They Hear You.” campaign’s goal is to provide parents and caregivers with the resources they need to address the issue of alcohol and other drugs with children under the age of 21.
Own Your Power: The stress of school, the anxiety caused by life and everything going on in the world is a lot for anyone to deal with. For a lot of people, getting high or vaping is a way to relax. But it's time to try something new. Own Your Power is a program of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse which aims to empower teens to own their power to live a life without vaping and marijuana by giving them the tools they need to manage their mental health.

Talk About Vaping is provided by the American Lung Association to promote healthy conversations about vaping. You can play a significant role in protecting your child from the dangers of vaping and nicotine dependence.
