Stillwater and Kameoka, located in the Kyoto Prefecture of Japan, have been Sister Cities since 1985. Stillwater Middle School has been a sister school with Taisei Junior High School in Kameoka since 1989. With students from each school visiting each community several times. In 2010, the program was suspended due to budget constraints. In 2023 the program was relaunched.
