Our mission is to provide timely, efficient, and accurate warehousing and distribution services that support the educational mission of the district. We are committed to ensuring the safe receipt, storage, and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for the daily operations of our schools. Through responsible inventory management, responsive service, and strong collaboration with district departments, we aim to maximize resource availability, reduce waste, and contribute to a seamless learning environment for students and staff.

How does Beginning of Year order work?

How do I reserve the box truck for extracurricular activities?
Please submit a work order in Facilitron (link). Please note it is first come, first served when requesting the box truck. Additionally, the warehouse will not provide a driver.

When can I expect my supply request to be delivered?
Supply requests will be delivered within one week of being submitted.

When can I expect my order to arrive to my site or department?
The time it takes from a package delivered to OES to on route to a school site is on average less than a day.

Does Finance Blackout Dates affect the Warehouse and Package delivery?
No, the warehouse operates independently from finance and work to achieve the shortest turnaround time for package delivery.
